Terence A.J. Mannion | Partner
A founding partner of Mannion Copani, Mr. Mannion has been involved in Commercial Real Estate and Business Transactions for more than forty years. Starting his career representing mortgage lenders, Mr. Mannion transitioned into commercial work at the same time that he founded Mannion Copani in 1989. Today, he represents clients on numerous fronts including litigation & trial matters, contract negotiation, business organization and consulting, mortgage and real estate transactions, criminal matters, matters involving government approval and permitting and Municipal Law.
Mr. Mannion’s career includes representation of developers, purchasers, sellers, lenders and tenants. He has overseen the closing of more than a billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions covering office buildings, shopping centers, mixed use strip centers, commercial condominiums, medical facilities and industrial sites.

Laure Oliver | Partner
Laurie Oliver started as an associate at Mannion & Copani in the early 90’s and has grown along with the firm in both breadth of practice and experience. Mrs. Oliver’s effective and successful common-sense approach derives from her years of experience handling real estate closings ranging from $3,000 purchases to $30,000,000 dollar securitizations. Treating all with the same passionate concern and care, she is recognized as one of the foremost authorities on retail shopping center representation.
Mrs. Oliver has been directly involved in closing more than $300 million in commercial real property and more than 5,000 residential mortgage closings. Her across-the-board real estate representation includes extensive experience in lease negotiations, land use matters and title insurance.
Mrs. Oliver also has extensive experience in Trust, Estate and Surrogate’s Court Matters, including the winding up of Trusts, probating Wills and Administration Proceedings. She has handled all Estate Matters from Small Estates to Million Dollar Estates and complex Estate litigation matters.
Mrs. Oliver also assists with the firm’s litigation practice including disputes involving Real Estate, Mechanics Liens and Business matters.
